Installed kitchen sink High pressure drain cleaning restoration. 8" main line back up with approximately 15 buildings back up. 2 techs cable with main line cable machine 100' Jetting for 3 hours starting at jetting 9:00-1:00pm Two half of water 4 different heads including missel. Ran main line camera and found a lot of grease build up. Ran main line camera 40 past blocked.

Building 46-49 are backed up. Ran cable machine threw building 46, could not clear. Found that building 49 was backed up and also could not clear with cable machine. Ran main line camera and found tree bark in line. the back side cleanout had some as well a lot of grease.

Company agrees to remove insulation and disassembled 1/2 of hot water line removing damage section and installing proper fittings according to UPC fast tile. Repair fitting will be used to avoid shutting down restaurant for long. Wet insulation on top of walk in cooler was removed to avoid odor in kitchen. Company agrees to replace flapper and fluidmaster on hall water closet and replace angle stop. Mainline stoppage. Cleared mainline with Spartan 100.

Excavate concrete and soil beneath kitchen in apt 160, to expose pipe. Hydro jet and ran camera in line. Repair with 3" PVC. Unable to do repair due to crate in bottom. Must removed into living room approx 10 feet, excavate dirt. Replace 15 feet pipe for kitchen drain under slab from vent to good pipe in living room. Replace concrete.
