Fixed trap under kitchen sink. Tightened both strainers down, found no leaks. Need to replace both strainers ASAP. Replaced one gasket under kitchen sink drainage. Cable through cleanout. Jet through cleanout. Televise and locate main line. Could not clear. Major block due to obstruction line.

Remove water closet and cable line. Televise and locate septic tank. Excavate 10' through concrete and remove 4" cast iron pipe. Replace 10' of sewer, install cleanout. Excavate through concrete and into top of tank to pump out. Install cleanout riser. Pump out and disposal fee. Septic Pump out

Replace band gate valve for building 64. Removed wood around shut off valve for building 64 and disposal of debris. Shut off water to entire complex to slow down flow of water. Because water doesn't shut off all the way I could not sweat new copper and valve onto pipe. Retrieved pro-press fittings in order to replace valve while water was still flowing out slowing. Cut out band valve. Installed new pre-faded 3/4" brass ball valve with pro-press equipment.

Cabled sewer and ran camera. Problem with sewer approx 50' out. Could not see exactly what was problem. Possible break or crushed pipe. Lots of root intrusion Cleared obstruction thru vent. Ran camera and pipe is all PVC. Found small lip at Wye fitting. Pipe looked ok, no bellies or breaks.

Cold water not working on kitchen sink. Customer had push-pull style shut off. Was turned off somehow. Turned back on. Cabled sanitary and pulled back roots. Ran camera and found heavy roots and belly in pipe. Fixed handle on pressure flush toilet. WO#6085219

Washer hot and cold has low water pressure. Was once a model unit. Washer was never used so sediment built up on both hot and cold water supplies. Mainline stoppage cleared thru vent on roof and camera inspect sewer line.
